Does Kinnavo replace my contacts?
No.
Your contacts stay in Apple Contacts, exactly where they are. Kinnavo simply adds another layer of organization — lists, context, and quick actions — without changing or moving anything.
Where is my data stored?
Your contacts never leave Apple Contacts.
Everything you create in Kinnavo — your lists, tags, and notes — syncs privately through your own iCloud.
We don't collect your data, we don't have access to it, and we don't sell it.
Do I need to organize my contacts first?
No.
Kinnavo works with your contacts exactly as they are, even if they aren't perfectly organized yet.
Simply add the people you need to the lists you want.
What is Professional Mode?
Professional Mode is unlocked with a one-time purchase. It adds a dedicated workspace so your work contacts stay completely separate from your personal ones.
It includes:
- Work Lists — a dedicated space for your work contacts.
- Pinned List — one list that's always just one tap away.
- Tags — add tags to any contact and find them instantly.
- Search by Tag — quickly find your work contacts using tags.
- Apple Shortcuts — automate your workflow with the Shortcuts app.
Professional Mode includes only these features and nothing more.
It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
We don't promise future additions — you get exactly the features you see today.
Most people will never need Professional Mode, and that's completely fine.
The personal side of Kinnavo remains completely free.
I purchased Professional Mode, but it isn't activated.
Open Kinnavo, go to the Professional Mode screen, and tap Restore Purchase.
If Professional Mode still isn't activated after that, email us and we'll be happy to help.
