These terms apply to your use of the Kinnavo app. By downloading or using Kinnavo, you agree to them. Please read them — they’re short.
The app
Kinnavo is an iOS app that helps you organize your contacts into lists and context. It works alongside Apple Contacts and does not replace it. Your contacts remain in Apple Contacts at all times, and Kinnavo never moves or deletes them.
Personal use
Kinnavo is provided for your personal use. You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell it, or by using it to break any law.
Professional Mode
Professional Mode is unlocked through a one-time, non-subscription purchase. It unlocks the Work space and its features:
- Work Lists
- Pinned List
- Tags
- Search by Tag
- Apple Shortcuts
Professional Mode includes the features described at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.
We make no promise of future features or additions.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payments and never receive your payment information.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, according to Apple’s App Store policies. If you’d like a refund, please request it through Apple.
You can restore a previous purchase at any time by using Restore Purchase on the Professional Mode screen.
Your data
Kinnavo does not collect or store your personal data on our side. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple services
Kinnavo relies on Apple services — including Apple Contacts, iCloud, CloudKit, and the App Store — to function.
Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s own terms.
We are not responsible for Apple’s services or for any changes Apple makes to them.
No warranty
Kinnavo is provided “as is.”
We do our best to make it reliable and useful, but we can’t guarantee it will be free of errors or work without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the app without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Kinnavo organizes references to your contacts; it is not a backup of your contacts, and you remain responsible for keeping your own data backed up through Apple.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
If we do, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
